Join Sarah Paz Hyde of Reclaim Life: Holistic Arts and Bridgette Jester of Crown Creator Studios on Saturday May 25th at Wishing Star Farm. This Memorial Day Weekend we are hosting a family friendly event dedicated to wellness, movement, and the spirit of play. Come enjoy this 2 1/2 hour interactive "play lab" centered around yoga and immersive sound experiences for kids of all ages. Our theme for this afternoon's Yoga Stretch session is "farm animals," and our time together includes:

**Event Highlights:**

Yoga Stretch: Feel free to dress up as your favorite animal and we will walk you through a series of beginner friendly poses designed to engage children and adults alike.

Laughter Play Lab: Explore the healing benefits of laughter through guided play time and laughter exploration.

Sound Lab "Show & Tell": Before guiding the Immersive Sound Meditation, we'll share about how different instruments can be played, with a hands on twist where interactive play time is made available to try the instruments out for yourself!!

Sound Crafting: After learning about the instruments, it's creative DIY-Time!!! During this segment we will make our own sound healing instrument to take home, and continue exploring music. (materials provided)

Sound Immersion Meditation: Relax and enjoy a sound journey designed to be a kids size sampler session (20-minutes). Sink in to a quiet space of mindful listening as Sarah and Bridgette share soothing sounds of the handpan, vocalizations, gong, percussion and Himalayan singing bowls for you.
